As a Corporate Accountant, you will support finance leadership with critical financial processes including month-end close, management estimates, adjusting entries, periodic financial reports, debt management, and equity tracking. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support preparation of monthly consolidated US GAAP financial statements and quarterly IFRS statements. Analyze KPIs and related reports on a regular monthly basis; recommend benchmarks that will be used to measure the company’s performance 
  • Prepare and provide recommendations to annual budget process and monthly forecasting. Analyze and report on monthly performance including significant budget and forecast variances 
  • Work with external auditors in fulfilling request list items for annual audit 
  • Assist in managing an extensive client referral program 
  • Manage key accounting processes including daily cash reconciliation (in a high-volume environment), asset management, A/P and vendor relations, etc. 
  • Coordinate/communicate effectively with multiple departments on issues at hand 
  • Perform ad hoc tasks, with ability to meet deadlines on multiple concurrent projects 

What we look for: 

  • 2-6 years Accounting & Finance experience 
  • CPA a plus
  • Microsoft Office proficiency  
  • Team player with multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field
