Resourcer
Location: Remote
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Resourcer to join our team and support our
Recruitment Consultants in sourcing top talent for construction, engineering,
professional services, insurance, finance and accounting roles across the UK. In this
role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a talent bank of relevant
candidates, utilising various sourcing channels and techniques to identify and
engage with potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilise job boards, LinkedIn, and other online platforms to proactively source
and identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Build and maintain a talent bank of relevant candidates within RecruiterFlow
(our ATS).
Conduct initial screening and pre-interviews with candidates to assess their
qualifications, skills and fit for specific roles.
Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand job requirements,
candidate profiles, and provide them with a shortlist of qualified candidates.
Engage with candidates via telephone, email, and video conferencing to
discuss job opportunities and maintain open lines of communication.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, job market conditions, and recruitment
best practices.
Requirements
Someone who understands these nuances of hiring in the Engineering sector (Non- Negotiable)
Understands the language & sector and how the roles work together (High tech construction from design through to commissioning/ verification & handover).
A hard-working professional, not afraid to work
Must have engineering resourcing experience
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment resourcing within a relevant
market, being confident with resourcing for Construction and Engineering.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and experience utilising job boards,
LinkedIn, and other online platforms for candidate sourcing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage
effectively with candidates and build professional relationships.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage
multiple priorities and work collaboratively with recruitment consultants.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
suite.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in the UK.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work
environment.
Please note that this role initially focuses on resourcing activities, with the potential
for sales outreach responsibilities in the future, based on business needs.

9 - 5 UK time (UK Public Holidays)
Salary
R15 000 - R19 000 per month
