Our team is passionate about fast growth, and we are seeking a talented Growth Marketer to join us in driving new revenue and growth through the customer lifecycle stages.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SaaS Growth Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, increase customer engagement, and ultimately accelerate revenue growth. This role requires a creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for demand gen, who can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Acquisition: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract new users and drive qualified leads to our SaaS platform. Channels may include but are not limited to: SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and partnerships

  • Conversion Optimization: Continuously analyze user behavior and optimize conversion funnels to improve key metrics such as trial sign-ups, demo requests, lead gen forms, and subscription conversions. Conduct A/B tests and experiments to identify and implement strategies that increase conversion rates.

  • Customer Retention and Engagement:Develop strategies to enhance user retention and increase customer lifetime value. Implem ent personalized communication tactics, drip campaigns, and in-app messaging to nurture leads and drive engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track marketing performance, analyze campaign effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement. Generate regular reports to communicate key metrics, trends, and insights to stakeholders. Have a strong understanding of funnel terms and metrics used by SaaS marketers, such as MQL, SQL, CAC, ARPU, and LTV.

  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.

  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Communication: Work closely with the product team to align marketing initiatives with product development and feature releases. Collaborate with sales, customer success, and other teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content for diverse audiences.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
