We are dedicated to building a super app in the hiring space.

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving our sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving ambitious growth targets. You will build and lead a team of sales professionals, develop and optimize sales processes, and report on key metrics to the executive team.

This role requires you to be ready for business trips or relocation to the United States and to work mainly in Pacific Time working hours.

What you'll do:

  • Build and nurture a cohesive sales team;

  • Establish effective outbound and inbound sales channels;

  • Test new outbound channels like cold calling;

  • Oversee the entire sales process to ensure efficient and effective operations;

  • Present regular updates to the executive team, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities;

About you:

  • Experience in SaaS sales, particularly with products priced between $500-$10,000 per month;

  • Experience in a marketplace is a plus;

  • Strong B2B sales background;

  • Passionate about closing deals and delivering results;

  • Open-minded about various sales channels and strategies;

  • Experience working in a startup or a fast-changing environment;

  • Strong leadership and team management skills;

  • Data-driven decision-making ability;

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing ARR.
