We are in search of candidates with experience in a support role in the video games industry and ideally with web3 experience. As a member of the Support team, you will play an important role in assisting users, creating support materials, and ensuring the smooth operation of our support efforts. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced company at the forefront of web3 gaming, working with the most innovative teams in the game industry.
For this role, we require candidates with at least 1 year of experience in the video games industry and a proven track record in customer support. You will be responsible for distilling complex ideas into simpler terms, providing patient and positive assistance, and handling user queries across the various platforms of Merit Circle and Beam. We are looking for creative thinkers with strong communication skills, capable of generating high-quality educational resources and working collaboratively with product teams to enhance user experience.
