As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, with a focus on CRM integrations and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the B2B segment.
Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales goals, setting individual sales targets as part of the sales plan.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and target potential clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
Understand the trends and needs of the Indian market, customizing sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing team to identify opportunities for new client acquisition.
Team Management and Development:
Mentor and develop the sales team, overseeing performance and providing feedback.
Hiring the Sales Team under their leadership.
Coordinate with the internal team for product training and updates to ensure the sales team is on track.
Reporting and Analytics:
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasting future sales and forming sales strategies.
Utilize ClientFlowX CRM’s robust analytics tools to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the CRM or related software industry.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with CRM practices and sales performance metrics.
Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
Ability to travel as required.
