As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, with a focus on CRM integrations and support.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the B2B segment.
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales goals, setting individual sales targets as part of the sales plan.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Identify and target potential clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
  • Understand the trends and needs of the Indian market, customizing sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to identify opportunities for new client acquisition.
Team Management and Development:
  • Mentor and develop the sales team, overseeing performance and providing feedback.
  • Hiring the Sales Team under their leadership.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for product training and updates to ensure the sales team is on track.
Reporting and Analytics:
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasting future sales and forming sales strategies.
  • Utilize ClientFlowX CRM’s robust analytics tools to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the CRM or related software industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and sales performance metrics.
  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Ability to travel as required.
