Remote Global Accounts Payable Analyst

As a Remote Global Accounts Payable Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to redefine how accounts payable functions on a global scale. You’ll streamline processes, enhance efficiency and drive meaningful impact across their organization's financial operations. You will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our client’s accounts payable processes across multiple regions, with a focus on Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Remote Global Accounts Payable Analyst Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions for our client’s global operations, with a primary focus on EMEA region
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments, reconciliations and vendor communications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment discrepancies, identify process improvements and streamline workflows
• Utilize Workday and other financial systems to maintain up-to-date records, generate reports and analyze data for insights
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations and best practices related to accounts payable, particularly in the EMEA region
• Support audits, compliance initiatives and special projects as needed
  
  

Remote Global Accounts Payable Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in accounts payable, with a focus on EMEA region
• In-depth knowledge of Workday financials system is required
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes and internal controls
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make recommendations
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
