Your Area of Responsibilities:

  • Business Process and Requirements and Data Flow Analysis, Improvement and Consulting in international Life Sciences / IT projects
  • Provide your process and subject matter expertise in utilizing your knowledge of different system landscapes
  • Translate technical subject matter into concise, clear communication understood by technical and non-technical leaders and users
  • Drive business process improvement initiatives
  • Support in implementing the strategy of our Life Science services
  • Identify opportunities to improve services and delivery to our international customers


Your Qualification & Experience:

  • University Degree in Sciences or an equivalent background
  • Work experience within life sciences industry
  • Broad understanding and interest in R&D in the life science industry
  • Experience in regulated environments (GxP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11) and IT projects
  • Good communicator, networker, open minded
  • Used to work as a service provider
  • Flexible in providing on-site consultancy and willingness to occasionally travel (Europe)
  • Fluent in English and sound German skills
  • Certifications are a plus: Business Requirements Engineering (IREB), PMP/PMI, SCRUM, Six Sigma, ITIL, etc.
