Your missions

Qualifications:

  • Great English level, with fluent speaking.
  • Up to 1 year of customer service-sales experience, with mind-blowing abilities.
  • Shift and commute availability to the office is indispensable (100% face-to-face work in TORREON, COAH.).
  • Tech savvy. (Ease to use computer and learn new systems).
  • Positive attitude, confidence in yourself and humbleness.
  • Ability to have and maintain conversations, as well as dealing with rejections.
  • Willingness to learn, work, and embrace and drive change.
  • Transparent communication - to be able to talk about what is happening and how it is happening.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platform. (Great-to-have)

Day-to-day challenges

  • Calling customers to educate them on their options to help provide the best home services solution using an outbound phone sales approach.
  • Communicate with existing and past customers to generate new leads.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Setting follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
  • Maintaining accurate call notes using CRM (Salesforce).
  • Leveraging the knowledge of your team members, our tools, and ongoing development opportunities to master your sales pitch.
  • Collaborating with our service team if any issues arise.
  • Dialing the phone up to 4 hours and/or 75 dials to call new leads and clear assigned leads daily
