What will your job look like
• Ability to write code in Python / R and other relevant programming languages.
• Knowledge on basics of math and probability.
• Good understanding and strong knowledge in algorithms, statistics.
• Should have implemented suitable AI/ML algorithms for mathematical optimisation, data mining, exploratory data analysis, and predictive analytics.
• Demonstrated Experience of working in ML/AI frameworks.
• Experience in developing deep learning systems to various use cases based on the
business needs.
• Understanding of data modelling, software architecture and data structures.
• Hands-on skills in emerging technologies like Cloud Computing, Data Analytics,
Cyber Security, RPA etc.
• Design, develop, and implement NLP and Machine learning models Productionize models model training, model deployment, model serving, model monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, and deep learning techniques, and identify opportunities to integrate them into customer products and services.
• Optimize Generative AI models for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation.
• Contribute to the establishment of best practices and standards for ML and NLP development within the organization.
Requirements
• Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field with 5+ years of experience.
• 5+ yrs of experience working as a AI/ML Engineer and has implemented and deployed at least 2 large projects related to Natural language processing (NLP)
• Experience in Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, XG BOOST, CAT BOOST, Ada BOOST, SVM, Clustering etc
• Experience in developing and implementing Generative AI models is good to have.
• Proficiency in Python and have 5+ years of experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• 6+ years of experience with advanced natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools, such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.
• Significant experience architecting cutting-edge MLOps systems in enterprise
environments
• Experience in full stack development
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and libraries, such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative AI solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
• Proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
