Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required, At least 10-15 years of overall experience, with 8 years in ancillary benefits, insurance carriers and brokers industry, Demonstrated success in field sales leadership with a national insurance carrier, Extensive experience in Group Ancillary and Group Health products, Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Key responsabilities:
- Develop annual and three-year sales plans, aligning state specific sales strategies
- Increase sales and improve penetration of partner Blue plans for revenue and profit growth
- Establish an effective sales organization, manage expenses, and optimize sales staff compensation
- Work with product/marketing teams to execute sales plans supporting business partnerships
- Travel at least 50% of the time and ensure smooth operations aligned with company objectives
