Your mission

You will be responsible for the following tasks :

  • Interview Clients then agreeing on the profile to be hired, understand the values and the strategy of the hiring company and meet the team concerned by the recruitment, in order to define the job requirements to be published,
  • Define the recruitment strategy for each profile to be hired,
  • Write, promote and publish the job opportunities through the best communication channels according to the target audience,
  • Define interview kits and organise psychometric and written tests,
  • Organise and carry out all interviews with the candidates,
  • Create, follow and maintain a constant relationship with the candidates throughout the entire process,
  • Develop the candidate sourcing network,
  • Support and participate in the integration of the colleagues into our group.
Your profile
  • You have a degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology or another similar field (either at Bachelor or Master level),
  • You have some professional experience in a similar position(s) 10+ years, preferable also abroad,
  • You speak English and French and any other languages are an asset,
  • You are potentially familiar with the legal and regulatory labour rules (tax, administrative and social),
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office,
  • You have experience working with specialised recruitment tools (ATS: Applicant Tracking System) and sourcing tools,
  • You are independent, and can work independently,
  • You have good presentation skills,
  • You have good writing skills and you are rigorous,
  • You come with a positive 'can do' attitude.
