Position Title: Workforce Central Analytics Specialist (Retail)
Work Set-up: Work from Home/Work Onsite
Salary: Php 80,000.00 to Php 100,000.00
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A WORKFORCE CENTRAL ANALYTICS SPECIALIST

Responsibilities as a Workforce Central Analytics Specialist:

• Develop, implement, and maintain analytics solutions using Workforce Central to analyze and interpret workforce data, including but not limited to scheduling, labor costs, employee productivity, and performance metrics.
• Utilize an in-depth understanding of the retail industry to tailor analytics solutions that address specific challenges and opportunities faced by retail organizations, such as seasonal fluctuations, peak hours, and customer demand patterns.
• Create compelling visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making at various levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in workforce management processes and provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Workforce Central Analytics, offering guidance and best practices to clients and internal teams to maximize the value derived from workforce data.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in workforce analytics and retail industry practices to enhance the effectiveness and relevance of analytics solutions.

Qualifications as a Workforce Central Analytics Specialist:

• Must have experience as Workforce Central Analytics specific in retail industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in retail industry analytics, including knowledge of retail-specific metrics, trends, and operational challenges.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView, with the ability to create dynamic and insightful dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and a commitment to delivering high-quality analytics solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
