We are seeking a proactive and skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent and a thorough understanding of sourcing strategies and tools.
As a Sourcing Specialist, you will provide excellence by:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms, job boards, data mining, and professional networks to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for various roles, ensuring a swift recruitment process and a ready availability of talent.
Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to determine suitability for client requirements, focusing on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with recruitment managers to understand specific role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to each position.
Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market intelligence to understand the hiring landscape and inform sourcing strategies. Provide insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with recruitment managers and clients to ensure alignment on the qualifications and experience required for roles, optimizing the match between candidate and company needs.
Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on sourcing activities and outcomes, using data to refine and improve sourcing strategies.
Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role in recruitment or staffing, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies and tools, including advanced Boolean search techniques, social media recruiting, and other innovative sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders remotely.
Highly organized and strategic, able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, preferably Zoho Recruit.
