Job description

Purpose of the Job

The US Marketing team is laser focused on driving mobile adoption of our client’s core products utilizing authentic marketing grounded in cultural fluency. Trusted voices are central to this strategy - serving as the first stop for consumers to view, engage with and judge their brand. We’re seeking a self-starting individual to support the client lead on a loyalty program that cultivates a sense of community & connection. This person will need to be an excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator, working with many internal / external teams to execute the work. An ideal candidate would have experience in CRM, project management, community management, and loyalty marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help manage content calendar and community across platforms including but not limited to Discord, Facebook, and email
  • Support the design and implementation of community programs, including, but not limited to events, content, campaigns, challenges, rewards, and platforms; all that support program goals and provide value to the members
  • Monitor, identify and report conversation themes in digital communities to help improve programs, content
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize loyalty efforts and measure their effectiveness
  • Support regional marketing teams to ensure consistency with global strategy

Knowledge, Skills, + Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2-4+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing social media strategies that achieve business goals
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • CRM knowledge
  • Superb organizational skills
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in social media platforms, including but not limited to Discord, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit and TikTok
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing and deadline driven work environment
