Your missions

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Senior Sourcer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment efforts, focusing on sourcing top-tier candidates, screening applicants, conducting initial interviews, and selecting qualified individuals who will contribute to the success of our projects. Your expertise in sourcing strategies and talent acquisition will play a critical role in meeting our staffing needs and achieving project objectives.  
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies tailored to specific projects, utilizing a variety of channels and platforms to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct proactive candidate sourcing activities, including but not limited to, sourcing through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Screen incoming applications and resumes to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and suitability for project requirements.
  • Conduct initial interviews with prospective candidates to evaluate their experience, competencies, and cultural fit for the organization and specific projects.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and project stakeholders to understand project requirements, prioritize staffing needs, and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining strong communication channels.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, application statuses, and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or designated recruitment software.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and performance data to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in recruitment to enhance sourcing techniques and optimize recruitment outcomes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and methodologies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a sourcer or recruiter within the BPO industry, with a focus on high-volume recruitment and project-based staffing is a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, database mining, and talent mapping, preferably within the BPO or related sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively and build rapport.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment activities.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to recruitment, with the ability to adjust sourcing strategies based on project needs and changing priorities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling candidate information and recruitment processes.
  • Able to support a Work from Home setup
  • Own PC/laptop (Minimum of i3 processor, 4 gig RAM)
  • Internet speed no lower than 15 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload
