Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious B2B Senior Marketer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive leads and create meaningful conversations with our target audience. They will have management experience and be able to organise and drive a team to deliver ambitious targets.

The Senior Marketer will be working closely with our Co-Founders, responsible for developing our brand, and leading activities supporting lead generation to grow our business.

We need a creative, proactive, self-motivated candidate with a passion for evidence-based ideas on social media, digital marketing and importantly thinking outside the box to generate a healthy lead flow.

Reporting to and working closely with our directors, they will be at the forefront of our online communications.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives that generate healthy leads.
  • Create and manage a content calendar for lead generation, that includes blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and other relevant content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry experts to increase brand awareness and credibility.
  • Analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.
  • Collaborate with the sales and development teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Manage the company's website and social media channels, ensuring they are up-to-date and optimised for lead generation.
  • Monitor industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Good initiative and hands-on approach to work.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation and content marketing.
  • Ability to understand business needs, and audience insights and translate them into an actionable marketing strategy.
  • Experience in independently developing and executing multi-channel marketing programmes.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse and report on campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in Agile project management methodologies is a plus.

  • £30,000 to £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
