This is a remote position.

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Administrator to join our team!  As a vital member of our workforce, you will play a crucial role in implementing ongoing and new initiatives for our organization.   • Administer and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly Marketing, to understand business requirements and translate them into effective marketing campaigns within SFMC.
  • Develop and deploy email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, segmenting audiences, and scheduling sends.
  • Utilize SFMC's automation capabilities to streamline marketing processes and workflows.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Enhance data sets and implement personalization strategies to deliver targeted and relevant content to customers.
  • Monitor deliverability and inbox placement rates, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices to maximize email deliverability.
  • Stay up-to-date with SFMC updates, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve marketing strategies and processes.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (X years) as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Administrator or similar role.
  • Expertise in administering and configuring SFMC, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, CAN-SPAM regulations, and email deliverability.
  • Experience in developing and deploying email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and personalization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive marketing decisions and optimizations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Administrator) preferred.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
  • Proficient in English.
