Your missions

This is a remote position.

  • Accountable for acquiring new business and generating revenue from new insurance clients.
  • Responsible for cultivating and expanding opportunities through direct sales and effective customer relationship management.
  • Conduct new business development activities through direct sales efforts.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with insurance clients to gain a deep understanding of their products and long-term business strategies.
  • Monitor and periodically review accounts receivable status from new accounts according to the cash flow plan.
  • Drive an increase in deal signing margins through consultative selling, single-source deals, and a coordinated sales strategy.
  • Increase market share and share of wallet of the account.
  • Drive resource forecasting for the account based on confirmed opportunities and pipeline opportunities.
  • Provide customer perspectives and visionary intelligence to support the development of new vertical and horizontal solutions by the solutions teams.
  • Showcase Exavalu’s solutions as a strategic fit for customer organizations through workshops, boot camps, and strategy meetings.
  • Create integrated opportunities with end-to-end solution delivery requirements.
  • Organize and lead the deal review process.
  • Facilitate the weekly internal sales call and maintain an accurate and realistic pipeline reporting system on CRM.

 



Requirements
  • 18+ years of selling experience in the enterprise segment.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of the insurance industry and selling insurance technology services.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing quotas.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and develop trusted relationships at C-levels.
  • Positive reputation with partners in the industry.
  • Working knowledge of insurance technology application suites and their business value propositions.
