We have around 100 employees located around the globe, working with some of the largest and most exciting companies in the tech industry. What does being an SDR at Brightvision entail?

As a Business Development Representative in one of our Teams, you will manage a high volume of outbound leads through various means of communication (email, LinkedIn, phone, etc) and develop deep product knowledge to aid in converting these leads into qualified opportunities for the client. 

We’re looking for people who are focused on personal and professional growth, have a team-focused sense of competition, are driven by results, and have a modern/efficient view on prospecting. 

We are on the lookout for people with:

  • Sales/Business Development Representative (SDR/BDR) experience in a similar role
  • Experience in working with different systems to have a smart and effective way of prospecting
  • Hunter’s mentality with a strong eagerness to succeed.
  • Exceptional written and spoken communicator
  • Enjoy a fast pace in a cross-functional environment, where you work with many different people
  • Have a strong desire to be in technology sales and have already developed a strong baseline framework for how to effectively sell
  • Highly organized and autonomous
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivational qualities

Who are you?

  • You have previous successful experience in B2B telemarketing/Inside Sales with credible follow-up and cold-calling experience.
  • A persistent, self-starter with a track record for success with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Leadership experience of a few years
  • IT/Technology industry experience preferred.
  • Speak and write English in a professional way
  • Willing to learn
  • Interested in working in a fast-paced environment where we strive to offer excellent services to our clients, every day
  • You are available to work as a freelancer (invoicing every month
