We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our SAP Team! We are looking for specialist in Succession and Development module.


Your Challenges

  • Participation in the implementation and development projects of the SAP Success Factors module for Polish and foreign clients
  • Development of business concepts for modular solutions, functional and technical specifications, configuration of the SAP system according to customer requirements, preparation of master data and conducting tests
  • Active customer support during the launch of a new solution
  • Conducting presentations and trainings in the field of a dedicated area
  • Participation in the development of dedicated Hicron solutions



Our Requirements

  • Experience in implementing or supporting customers in SAP Success Factors Succession
  • Practical knowledge of the functioning of the Success Factors Succession and Development module
  • Knowledge of processes related to SAP Success Factors
  • Knowledge of integration issues related to Success Factors Succession and Development
  • Qualified in SF Succession and Development Data Migration
  • Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of HR processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-reliance and commitment to the implementation of entrusted tasks
  • Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage
  • Knowledge of an additional module will be an advantage (PY, PA, OM, etc.)
