Job description

This is a remote position.

Your primary goal as Recruitment Manager is to create a best-in-class recruiting organization and fuel EYT’s rapid growth. You are a strong and charismatic leader with an exceptional ability to tap niche markets to supply our client’s manpower needs. 
As a Recruitment Manager, you will provide excellence by:
  • In -charge of the overall vision, direction, planning, and management of the corporate recruiting and executive search teams. 

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

  • Set clear objectives and targets for the team, regularly monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback.

  • Identify and address any challenges or obstacles hindering the recruitment process, implementing solutions to optimize team performance.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.

  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline the recruitment process, ensuring consistency and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Leverage professional networks, knowledge of talent communities, industry best practices, and excellent judgment to counsel and guide clients and recruiters alike to hire the best talent. 

  • Constantly drive innovation through technology to continuously improve talent acquisition practices.

  • Create solid talent pipelines with the utilization of effective sourcing strategies in order to attract top-notch candidates through job boards, social media, and industry-relevant groups and communities.

  • Devise relevant recruiting key performance indicators and provide performance management and decision-making analytics.

  • Closely collaborate with HR, Operations, and Client Success Management teams to leverage data dashboards and data visualization tools to help evaluate and enhance the hiring and onboarding processes.

Expected Work Hours and Timezone

This is an output-based role with a semi-flexible work schedule. You can work anytime during US business hours with at least partial overlaps between the team and the Chief Executive Officer’s schedule. You are also expected to work on occasional weekends due to business needs.



Requirements
Do you have what it takes to be our Recruitment Manager? 
Consider yourself highly qualified if you have:
  • 10+ years of experience as Recruitment Manager or a similar senior role in BPO/RPO and shared services industries.

  • Adept in current recruiting systems and technology in sourcing and branding and applicant tracking systems

  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale remote teams

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for both internal and external stakeholders

  • Effective problem-solving skills; ability to project potential issues and proactively act in the resolution of such issues. 

  • Analytical and has working knowledge of current data visualization and dashboarding tools

  • Must live in the Philippines
