What You’ll Do
You’ll assist with the various tasks related to the management of the vast line of products and technologies, processing of products and technologies added through mergers and acquisitions such as relaunches, onboardings, and consolidations. You’ll schedule, conduct, and participate in vendor management related meetings.
You’ll report to the Director of Product Innovation to help execute strategic vision and success metrics for department initiatives.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Own select vendor relationships, product and technology review with existing vendors, pricing review, seek MDF and rebate opportunities, etc.
- Assist with maintaining the delivery of initiatives brought on by Integrations Team through M&A, including product relaunches, new product onboardings, product consolidations, and product end-of-life strategies
- Collaborate with the various departments and hand off initiatives because of line card management/changes
- Maintain accuracy of publicly available vendor information
- Develop strong relationship with key client contacts
- Perform documentation updates within internal business systems
- Publish meeting notes for various internal and vendor facing meetings
What You Bring To The Role
- 5+ years working in a technical environment (such as service, implementation, provisioning, projects or project management, etc).
- Proven experience as a Product Innovation Coordinator or relevant position
- Motivated and collaborative attitude
- Exceptionally clear oral and written communication skills that can stretch across creative, technical, and business forums
- Superb ability to prioritize tasks and initiatives, set expectations, and meet deadlines
- Organized and principled thinker with the ability to cut through complexity to help roll out clear frameworks and scalable solutions
