Job Brief:

We are seeking a digital marketer who can transition into the role of technical project manager. The successful candidate should possess the ability to identify business opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, while also effectively managing customer relationships.

A proactive and can-do attitude is essential, along with the capability to oversee projects within specified timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in various aspects of digital marketing, including but not limited to website management, design, social media, and advertising.

 Job Responsibilities:


Present services to prospective clients
Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
Project manage digital projects
Working with delivery team to deliver project on time and within budget
Writing project briefs and QC work
Negotiate agreements and keep records of data







Requirements
  • Proven experience as digital marketer or marketer in-house
  • Knowledge of market, sales and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. ActiveCampaign) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Excellent time-management / multi-tasking skills
  • A business acumen
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • A quick learner
  • Degree in business, commerce, IT, sales, marketing/advertising, media/communication, administration, business information system.
  • Previous experience in marketing agency preferred.
