Job description

This is a remote position.

  • Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and goals
  • Develop personalized coaching programs tailored to each client's unique situation
  • Utilize coaching frameworks and techniques to facilitate self-discovery and goal setting
  • Empower clients to develop strategies for overcoming obstacles and achieving success
  • Provide ongoing support and encouragement throughout the coaching journey
  • Track client progress and measure the effectiveness of coaching interventions
  • Maintain a professional and ethical coaching practice

    Requirements
  • Life Coach certification from a reputable accredited institution (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of life coaching principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Active listening skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and encouraging attitude
