Becoming a Top Talent on our platform is free, and although it will take you some time to complete the process of creating an enriched profile, it will pay off in the long run, saving you time and avoiding unnecessary first screening interviews.

The Process:

1. Fill our comprehensive talent form (10 minutes)

2. If you have an interesting profile we will prepare 3 tests for you (behavioral, hard skills and English test) (up to 1,5 hours)

3. After completing the test we ask you to answer some questions with video recording (30 minutes)

Your Gain

You will become a Top Talent on our platform and we will create a profile for you (anonymous so that your current employer won't be able to see you...).

Companies will start to apply to you!

If you reach the Top Talent status (70% correct answers) we will feature your anonymous profile on our portal and newsletter to get you even more applications from employers.

Once your enriched profile is created on our platform, you can also use/add it to your resume and/or LinkedIn page. So the next time a recruiter asks you to make an initial screening call, you can direct them to your OnlyTopTalent profile page!
