Junior Quality Assurance

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for Manual testing with a good understanding of requirements. Contributing to the immediate team and to other teams across business and software quality engineer discussions. You will be responsible for crafting and developing different types of functional test cases, sanity, regression test suites to ensure the quality of complete applications/services.

Requirements

     Roles & Responsibilities 

• Works closely with the QA, Dev, and Business in understanding requirements, testing and own deliverables, and creation of the test suites for the features
  
  
• Be able to develop test suites in a quick span with high-quality design and demonstrating functional knowledge.
  
  
•  Interacting with modality teams and scrum teams in continuous integrations and testing
  
  
• Demonstrating drive to bring in sprint-on-sprint quality and reliability into the product development life cycle by being hands-on.
  
  
• Open to working on different technologies to test UI and server-side functionality and willing to learn and deliver on newer technology stacks that can efficiently deliver business value.    
  
  
• Documentation of test results as per the requirements and preparing the functional documents.
  
  
• Should be good at understanding requirements and test them with all the possible scenarios and demo the requirements to the Business.
  
  
• Contribute to driving initiatives such as defining QA standards and processes to ensure quality deliverables are produced.

• Should be very strong in the communication skills and understanding capability
  
  
•  Can take ownership of tasks and deliver without supervision while using their discretion to seek help when necessary
  
  
•  Should have knowledge of Software development lifecycle
    
  
• Knowledge of anyone programming language is an advantage
