Your missions

This is a remote position.

  • Deliver engaging and informative instruction on a variety of IT subjects based on our established curriculum.
  • Develop and adapt course materials, including lesson plans, labs, and assignments, to ensure a comprehensive learning experience.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner for students with varying levels of experience.
  • Facilitate hands-on learning activities and projects to solidify student understanding of the material.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, mentorship, and support to students throughout the boot camp program.
  • Track student progress, identify areas needing improvement, and implement adjustments to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters collaboration and critical thinking.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies to integrate them into the curriculum.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and program staff to ensure a seamless student experience.

    Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a relevant IT field (e.g., software development, cybersecurity, network administration).
  • Proven experience in teaching or training adults in a technical setting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively and motivate students in an intense learning environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to share your knowledge with others.
  • Proficiency in relevant IT software and technologies based on the specific bootcamp program.
