Your Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for our valued customers in collaboration with our Head of Customer Success & Solutions.Â
Support the Customer Success and Machine Learning Team in labelling customer data to train Machine Learning Models
Gather valuable feedback from customers and relay it to the relevant teams.
Assist in analyzing customer data and usage patterns to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Â
Support the Sales Enablement and Customer Enablement team with content creation around the product
Assist the Customer Success team with customer onboarding and guide them through the setup process.Â
