About the role
Our Third Party Risk Management team sits at the very core of Revolut. Those special agents work across functions, products, and regions to identify, assess and manage risks created throughout the third party lifecycle.
People in the Third Party Risk team are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives, from App Technology, through Treasury and Finance, to Customer Support 💫
We’re a centralised team of risk managers covering key areas of Revolut’s risk taxonomy and are looking for individuals of various seniority with a background in Operational Risk, Technology Risk, Regulatory Compliance Risk, and Financial Crime Risk. An analytic mind to develop sustainable growth strategies that align with internal risk frameworks. Someone who’ll take our Third Party Risk Management practice to the next level.

What you’ll be doing
Driving continuous evolution of all Third Party Risk Management processes
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating third party risks identified via risk and control testing during onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and off-boarding processes
Coordinating development and testing of third party contingency arrangements
Defining third party risk management policies, procedures, and playbooks
Driving data completeness and quality of key assets
Building relationships with business stakeholders and 2LoD colleagues, reporting to various committees on key matters related to third party risk management
Leading projects related to the third party risk management programme
What you'll need
2-8 years of work experience in Risk Management or Management Consulting, preferably in financial services
To be a subject matter expert in at least one of the following risk domains: operational risk, information security, financial crime, or regulatory compliance
Experience with risk and control testing
Impeccable data analysis and problem solving skills

Compensation range
Vilnius: €4,800 - €6,000 gross monthly*
Lithuania: €4,800 - €6,000 gross monthly*
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
