Requirements


  • 1+ year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing is preferred but not required to join!)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and various sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.
  • Knowledge of Boolean search strings or excellent research capabilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized in deadline-driven environment
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
