Hey there,

My name's Alex Cleanthous and I'm the Director + Co-Founder at Webprofits.

I'm currently on the lookout for digital entrepreneurs and dropshippers to join our fast-paced team.

Why digital entrepreneurs and dropshippers you ask?

I’ve always been an entrepreneur at heart so I know what it means to spend your own money on a project to try to make a profit (and how hard it actually is) and the passion that's needed to succeed.

More importantly, I know how far you're prepared to go if you have a passion for something and I understand the value of the skills you've built even though you probably don't see yourself as a success yet (because you haven't 'made money' from your own efforts).

Case in point...

Maybe you've tried to 'make money' by dropshipping products from Ali Express and scaling up your media spend on Meta (investing your own money)... but it's on a business that's very hard to scale (because the margins are so tight) so you haven't been able to make it consistently profitable at the level you need (so you don't see yourself as a success) - take that same approach with an established ecommerce brand and you'll see how valuable your skills are.

Or maybe you've started your own ecommerce brand but found it hard to scale past a certain point - you haven't cracked the code for how to build a 6, 7, 8 figure business but you'll have a lot of valuable expertise that can be leveraged to drive growth for our clients. Training programs for passionate marketers

We take training very seriously at Webprofits – the better you are, the better results you achieve for our clients, and the faster we'll grow. Simple.

But it's not your standard training …

I find the very best courses from entrepreneurs who have made millions of dollars themselves and have created a course teaching people what they've learnt (the hard way).

I also look for the latest strategies out of the US, buy the best courses available on the topic, and then share it with everyone in the company.

We've spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on these high-impact 'home study' courses and make them available to everyone in the company.

But we don't just leave it with you… you'll also create a training plan of what you plan to learn over the next 12 months.

You can choose courses about Paid Search, Paid Social, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, SEO, Direct-Response Copywriting (my favourite), Google Analytics, Strategy, Sales, Productivity, CRO and anything else you think will help you become a better digital marketer.

This is why passion is so essential - if you don’t have the passion for marketing, and the willingness to learn from others, then you probably won’t enjoy it very much.


The best way to learn is through implementation

Completing a training program is one thing… but applying it to a digital marketing campaign is completely different.

That's why we expect you to implement everything you learn on the campaigns you manage on a daily basis.

We work at a very fast pace at Webprofits… it's common to hear the statement 'I can't believe it's already the end of the day!'.

That's because people in our team are fully engaged in what they're doing – it's a combination of doing really challenging things that fit with what you want (and like) to do. I refer to this as 'flow'.

Our aim is to get you into 'flow' as quickly as possible because that's where you'll achieve optimum performance.

Being a passionate marketer for one company is one thing… but applying what you know to a range of businesses, and learning the latest and most innovative strategies for driving business growth, will take your skills to the next level.


What do we expect from you?

We've created an environment where you can learn, test things out, and even run your own ventures on the side – that's right, we really support that (and we may even invest in one of your ideas!).

In exchange we expect you to be 100% committed to Webprofits and its clients when you're on the clock.

We are a remote-first company, which basically means that we have re-structured our entire operation so you can work from anywhere as long as you can work during Australian business hours.

It's not a 9-5 job. You need to get the hours done each week, but there's flexibility with when you get the work done each day - that way, you can take a break in the middle of the day to do something for yourself and make it up at a time that works best for you (we find that this level of flexibility gives our team the time they need to live their best life while getting their best work done when it suits them best).

We'd also like you to stay with us for at least 2 years (that's probably how long it will take you to learn everything you need to know anyway). And hopefully (because of the environment we've created) you'll stay with us much longer.

This is a great opportunity to learn from a highly skilled online marketing team while building a solid career in the most exciting industry globally.


What kind of people are we looking for?

We're looking for self-starters and passionate marketers who are hungry to learn and take the initiative to bring new ideas to the table, push the boundaries of what's possible, and continually innovate how we produce results for our clients.

Now, unlike other job ads we’re not going to put together a list of what requirements you need to apply. If you’re passionate about marketing and business growth, that’s enough.

However you do need to excite us in your cover letter. Tell us of some the wins you’ve achieved, or impactful learnings you’ve heard. Tell us where you like to focus most of your time as a marketer (eg email, social, content etc.). And most importantly, tell us what you can bring to the table that would excite us about hiring you.
