Expert UI UX Designer at Squadio

Squadio is seeking an Expert UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative and visually stunning user interfaces that enhance the user experience. We are looking for a talented individual with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating user-centered designs for web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user-friendly and intuitive designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and standards
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to the development team on UI/UX design principles

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Knowledge of accessibility and SEO best practices is a plus
