Full time, 37 hours per week 

 

Anglian Water offers a flexible approach, this role provides you the flexibility to work from home and from an Anglian Water office. Your base location will be Enterprise House in Lincoln.

We are recruiting for an Operational Systems Coordinator to join our Restoration team in Wholesale Services, on a permanent basis! 

You’ll be responsible for providing support to the Operational Restoration Manager for the administration of water and wastewater planned work approval processes, checking for work clashes, and registering and maintaining documents. You’ll ensure that all approved and registered work is visible to the business and manage the mailboxes. 

As part of this role, you’ll also provide assistance to both the Operational Modellers and Operational Restoration Technicians whilst developing an understanding of operational modelling as part of the longer-term development within the role.

What does it take to be an Operational Systems Coordinator? 
  • Flexible and proactive 

  • Good understanding of business risk and hydraulic systems, would be beneficial but not essential

  • Excellent communication and reporting skills 

  • Good understanding of POSWSH and POSWASTE in particular, the risk assessment sections, would be beneficial but not essential

  • Excellent IT awareness 

  • Able to work to tight deadlines and manage own workload
