The Freelance Firm is a firm that connects and hires experienced, high-level freelance attorneys and paralegals and law office support staff to provide on-demand support for both short-term and ongoing legal projects.

Due to increasing demand, we are now actively seeking qualified freelance attorneys in the areas of Estate Planning law in the State of Minnesota. 

Types of work may include drafting and general assistance with managing files to completion, with a focus on drafting Estate Planning Packages for the State of Minnesota.

Requirements:

- Must be licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of Minnesota. 

- Minimum of 5 years in practice

- Minimum 5 years of estate planning experience, sole practitioners welcome to apply

- Strong research and writing skills, including drafting Will, Trusts, Estates and Codicils

- Proven ability to meet deadlines and be well organized

- Self-starter and able to work independently

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour plus

Expected hours: Up to 40 hours
