About this Role:

Wander is a growing fast-paced startup, hiring a full-time procurement specialist to supply and maintain our smart home properties throughout the US. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company that will take you to some of the most beautiful locations in the US. Requirements:

  • 2+ years of procurement experience

  • Experience working with a US based company

  • Experience producing budgeted plans and tracking to completion

  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing requirements

  • Strong work ethic 

  • Interested in long term employment and career growth at a high growth tight-knit company

Job tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborating with home setup team to ensure all items are ordered, delivered, and any returns are tracked.

  • Curating Wander branded high-quality products from vendors overseas to lower our costs.

  • Managing shipment of these products to be delivered to a warehouse and then stocked into every property.

  • Ordering furniture & supplies to a new property that’s coming online. Working hand in hand with others on the Wander ops team to ensure everything arrives on time and is within budget.

  • Working alongside virtual interior designers to ensure all furniture is ordered & within budget.

  • Preparing budget setups for properties and tracking against actuals

  • Managing returns when products do not fit or are not necessary

  • Managing inventory for each property, re-ordering necessities when needed.
