Wander is a growing fast-paced startup, hiring a full-time procurement specialist to supply and maintain our smart home properties throughout the US. Requirements:
2+ years of procurement experience
Experience working with a US based company
Experience producing budgeted plans and tracking to completion
Ability to multi-task and manage competing requirements
Strong work ethic
Interested in long term employment and career growth at a high growth tight-knit company
Job tasks include but are not limited to:
Collaborating with home setup team to ensure all items are ordered, delivered, and any returns are tracked.
Curating Wander branded high-quality products from vendors overseas to lower our costs.
Managing shipment of these products to be delivered to a warehouse and then stocked into every property.
Ordering furniture & supplies to a new property that’s coming online. Working hand in hand with others on the Wander ops team to ensure everything arrives on time and is within budget.
Working alongside virtual interior designers to ensure all furniture is ordered & within budget.
Preparing budget setups for properties and tracking against actuals
Managing returns when products do not fit or are not necessary
Managing inventory for each property, re-ordering necessities when needed.
