GNO Partners was founded by Gal and Ouriel, who built two brands in 2018, reached over eight figures in total sales, and exited the brands at the end of 2021. We assist 7- and 8-figure Amazon FBA Sellers in increasing their profits and revenues with our proven system. Our System involves analyzing our clients' businesses to identify the most leveraged actions for their specific brand and then working with them one-on-one to execute the strategy we develop.

We are a fully remote Amazon brand consulting agency.
Our service delivery model is that of a consultant (Done With You), not a service provider (Done For You). We value hard work, speed, over-delivery, trust, and honesty.
We are growing rapidly, currently with a team of nine people.
So far, we have worked with over 50 brands and are currently working with more than 30 (all 7- and 8-figure businesses).

We are looking for a Client Success Manager who understands the intricacies of the Amazon FBA game, enjoys strategizing with clients and witnessing their business growth, is hardworking, loves and knows how to tackle complex challenges, has strong attention to detail, and is technologically savvy.

On the Amazon side, we are seeking someone with deep experience in the following areas:

  • Strong Amazon PPC experience; understanding of the broader picture and main Amazon PPC strategies, along with detailed knowledge of the tactics and technical aspects of Amazon PPC.
  • Comprehensive understanding of launching and ranking products in the Amazon ecosystem; knowledge of the Amazon algorithm and how to succeed in the Amazon marketplace.
  • Brand Management experience with a proven track record of driving bottom-line growth for Amazon brands.

We are looking for individuals who have been in the Amazon space for the past few years and are eager to elevate their skills to the next level. You’ll be joining a team of strong Amazon brand operators who all have many years of experience managing 8-figure portfolios of brands. We offer a training program to enhance your experience and knowledge, helping you become a rockstar in your role.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for the company in front of your clients.
  • Lead weekly calls with clients, focusing on the main projects and driving progress.
  • Help clients solve challenges related to the program's projects or general Amazon challenges.
  • Keep the client on track for success: Track progression and regularly clarify the client's next steps.
  • Provide ongoing daily support through Slack and Email to the clients.
  • Learn our Amazon business consulting system and program.
  • Learn and execute the processes you are given, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Contribute to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) creation.
  • Attend weekly training sessions and team meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon FBA.
  • Proven experience with Amazon Brand management; setting KPIs, tracking and optimizing results, driving bottom-line growth.
  • In-depth understanding of Amazon's algorithms, product listing strategies, and ranking tactics.
  • Amazon PPC experience; understanding of the bigger picture and technical hands-on experience.
  • Expert-level knowledge and full ability to navigate Amazon Seller Central.
  • Knowledgeable in Google Sheets and formulas.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client success.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to constantly prepare, plan, and update the next steps of the client’s projects to give them better clarity.
  • Organized and knows how to prioritize: Organization and priority setting will be expected. You will need to show that you can efficiently handle tight schedules.
  • Warm, friendly, and fun: you know how to connect with clients and team; you have a friendly and positive attitude towards your work and co-workers. Having a good sense of humor and being approachable are important.
  • Fluent in English.
