You are the perfect candidate for this position if you are a parent/caregiver looking to get back into public accounting or semi-retired who may be looking for a really nice work environment with a flexible part-time arrangement, with more hours in busy season.

Our client has an opening for an experienced CPA specializing in individual tax/small business. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a public accounting firm working mostly on individual returns and small business clients. The position would provide an extremely flexible work schedule, including the ability to work from home, totaling approximately 20 to 40 hours per week during busy season, with significantly reduced hours the remainder of the year.

Responsibilities:

Financial reporting (comps & reviews)

Accounting services (helping clients with year-end closings)

Business and personal taxes.
