Job Description:

We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Executive 
Assistant
to perform a variety of tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers. 

To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients. 
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners. 
  • Schedule meetings and appointments. 
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents. 
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality. 
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills. 
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele. 

What You'll Bring:  

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field. 
  • A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in the industry. 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills. 
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. 
  • Strong attention to details and technicalities. 
  • Excellent organizational and technical skills. 
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills including (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software 
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties 
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable and multi-tasking abilities 


Shift Time – 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM
Weekly Rejuvenation breaks - Saturday & Sunday
