About The Role

The Product Training Manager plays a pivotal role in driving enrollments and strengthening vendor relationships for assigned products, encompassing Instructor-led Public and Private Training and E-learning. This position involves managing end-to-end lead generation campaigns, acting as a subject matter expert for the corporate sales team, and developing strategic marketing and sales strategies to meet growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive enrollments for assigned products through lead generation campaigns and vendor relationship management.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the corporate sales team, designing tailored solutions for individual client needs.
  • Develop and execute annual marketing and sales strategies, including proposal development and market trend analysis.
  • Coordinate proposal responses, manage CRM documentation, and deliver training to sales and operation teams.
  • Serve as client relationship manager for selected accounts, ensuring successful solution development and implementation.
  • Lead thought leadership campaigns and identify new market opportunities and product possibilities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to support product portfolio and new product launches.
  • Conduct campaign analysis, optimize performance, and track budgets to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing communications, with in-depth subject matter expertise in marketing and product management.Ability to diagnose client needs, support sales in customer relationship development, and construct detailed client solutions.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic insight, and interpersonal savvy.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to lead and set high standards of performance for self and others.
