AMR’s goals are to bring a new level of professionalism and a scientific, process-oriented approach to traditional debt recovery and debt collection practices. AMR partners with in-house debt recovery organizations and accounts receivable departments of commercial entities and governmental agencies.  

Additional Information

On a Typical Day, You’ll   

• Handle outbound calls, primarily using a contact management system  

• Assist customers in finding a solution to resolve their debt using customer service skills in a professional manner  

• Recover account receivables through credit card payments and postdated checks  

• Enjoy incentivizing games/activities/competitions created to cultivate healthy competition amongst the team

Bi-monthly bonuses are given out based on the amount of fees we as a team can recover. In other words, if one of us wins, then we all win.   

1^st - $250

2^nd - $375

3^rd - $500

Educational Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
