Opdracht
Teamleider financieel beleid en beheer, personele beslissingen en personeelsgesprekken vallen daar niet onder en blijven bij het hoofd van de afdeling.

Gunningscriteria (weging)

4. Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 8 jaar als adviseur/ projectleider op het gebied van Financiën binnen een gemeente;
5. Minimaal 1 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met het opstellen en coördineren van gemeentelijke jaarrekening;
6. Aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 3 jaar met financiële advisering op de jaar begroting in het fysiek domein;
7. Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met het coaching en adviezen op het gebied van persoonlijke-, team- en organisatieontwikkeling;
8. Een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo bachelor niveau in de richting van Bedrijfskunde.

Competenties

  • Analytisch, resultaatgericht en sociaal vaardig;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel woord als schrift;
  • Leidinggevende ervaring.
