Arootah is an early-stage Hedge Fund and Family Office Advisory and Executive/Leadership Coaching firm focused on driving peak performance for both the teams and individuals. Founded by Rich Bello, the co-founder and COO of Blue Ridge Capital, Rich’s aim is to leverage his experience working with top Hedge Fund Executives to achieve peak performance.

Providing expert advisors in key operational areas to emerging/established Investment firms Coaching direct-to-consumer (executive and career coaching) Advising clients with Capital Introduction and Raising for Emerging Managers Investing in a portfolio of public and private companies that make a positive impact Building SaaS applications for both enterprise and consumer use Providing Talent Acquisition and Development services to the financial industry
Who You Are:
As an experienced Executive Coach, you have a solid background in the Alternative Investments Industry. You are a dedicated and empathetic professional who comprehends the unique challenges faced by Alternative Investment professionals throughout their careers. Your passion lies in guiding individuals toward personal and professional growth, capitalizing on your coaching expertise and potential background in the Alternative Industry. Your exceptional communication skills and profound insights into the journey of Alternative Investments professionals enable you to provide customized guidance and support. You are entrepreneurial, driven, and capable of both strategic planning and execution.
What You'll Do
Employ Arootah's coaching process and proprietary tools and technology to assist clients in their journey from their current state to their desired state
Act as the primary point of contact for Arootah's database of Alternative Investment Industry Coaches, maintaining positive coach relationships
Expand Arootah's Coaching database by recruiting and onboarding top alternative investment industry Coaches
Monitor coach satisfaction through feedback surveys and, when necessary, develop actionable improvement plans
Facilitate Arootah's Immersion Workshop for Coaching Clients.
Collaborate with the Sales team to create and deliver effective B2B Coaching Pitches
Work closely with Arootah's customer success team to ensure the successful delivery of our coaching and leadership development training programs through coach-client matching
Provide personalized coaching to financial professionals, addressing their specific executive, career, and personal development needs
Offer executive coaching for clients pursuing leadership roles in various financial sectors, enhancing their leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and overall professional performance
Collaborate with clients to define short-term and long-term goals, creating actionable plans to facilitate their personal and professional growth
Assist clients in remaining accountable to their objectives, providing motivation, encouragement, and guidance throughout their financial journeys
Maintain detailed and accurate records of coaching results, including challenges and breakthroughs
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of executive coaching experience, with a track record of successful client outcomes
Proven experience in the financial industry, especially within the alternatives industry, with the ability to speak to industry nuances
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate meaningful conversations
Active listening skills to understand clients' needs and tailor coaching approaches accordingly
Preferred Skills & Experience:
ICF Credential: Holding a current ICF credential (e.g., ACC, PCC, or MCC)
Assessment experience and certifications (e.g., Hogan, DiSC, and/or EQ-i)
Work for a well-funded disruptor in the finance, leadership, and technology space.
