JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Survey Research Center at Pennsylvania State University is currently looking for self-motivated, reliable part-time Field Interviewers to collect bio-samples and administer surveys to parents and children in their homes, primarily in the Harrisburg, Hershey, and surrounding areas. Home visits will also occur in Delaware, Maryland, Texas, Florida, and other states as needed. Must be willing to travel within the Harrisburg area as well as other states as needed. Travel expenses will be reimbursed within Penn State policy.
Applicants must be phlebotomists, available to work between 5-35 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. The successful applicants to this part-time position will gain valuable experience in the collection of social science data and survey administration. Excellent people skills, attention to detail, a flexible schedule, and reliable transportation are required for consideration.
