Job description

Working As a SAP SD Consultant, You Will

  • Technical support in the area of configuration, functionality, and operation of the SAP SD module (diagnosing and resolving complex system problems and errors).
  • Creating standard and non-standard process solutions in sales, distribution, and their settlements within the SAP system.
  • Supporting the development team in implementing devised solutions.
  • Collaboration in testing, supervision of tests.
  • Collaboration/coordination of work with external and internal partners.
  • Detailed analysis of sales and distribution business processes to understand needs and requirements.
  • Collaboration with the project management team, the business team, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business requirements and expectations.
  • Leading initiatives aimed at optimizing and improving the operation of the SAP SD module, including identifying areas for process automation and introducing innovative solutions.
  • Documentation of support requests, incidents, corrective actions, and reporting of key support and maintenance performance indicators.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the support and maintenance of SAP SD systems, including several years of work in the SAP S/4HANA SD module environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of configuration, functionality, and business processes related to SAP SD.
  • Possession of SAP SD certification or other certifications related to SAP systems.
  • Understanding of sales processes and B2B settlement methods.
  • Experience working in a support team.
  • Proficiency in English at a communicative level.
