Key responsabilities:
- Provide support and advice to NA employees regarding IT issues
- Manage user inquiries and requests, including registration and deletions, on the HelpDesk system
- Oversee content and functionality of NU information systems/services
- Coordinate registrations and access levels to NU information systems/services
- Evaluate and test new functionalities of NU information systems/services
