We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Leader to drive the growth and success of our organization. The Commercial Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share. This individual will lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, manage key customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

2. Lead and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team success.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.

4. Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative approaches to expand the company's market presence.

5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

6. Collaborate with Business Unit cross-functional teams, including product development, quality, operations, business development, and finance, to ensure alignment and execution of business goals.

7. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to senior management of Business Unit.

You're the right fit if:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.

- Successful partner management experience in Japan or international market.

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective commercial strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in building and motivating high-performing teams.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

- Practical knowledge of Healthcare/ medical devices industry and  job experience in multinational companies .

- Fluent English and Japanese
