Your missions

Seeking an Appointment Setter that has 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing and phone prospecting to schedule sales appointments with small/medium business owners. An appointment setter will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making 100 calls per day, working with suspects and prospects, generating interest, qualifying, and setting appointments. This position offers hourly base pay plus a bonus. You MUST be able to work during the California business hours and be a US citizen (sorry, no exceptions). This is an awesome inside sales opportunity for someone who:

Responsibilities
  • Cold calling 80+ suspects and prospects daily
  • Meeting and or exceeding conversation goals daily
  • Setting quality first time appointments with decision-makers
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects
  • Meeting and exceeding daily metrics

Requirements

  • Recent (within the last two years) making B2B cold calls.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment quotas
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems to manage leads and track appointments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Stable internet connection.

  • Fully functioning computer with dual monitors

Compensation
  • $18 to $20 per hour based on experience
  • 20 hours per week
  • Quality appointment sat bonus
