Job description

Als Bilanzbuchhalterin kümmerst Du Dich um alle Aspekte der Bilanzbuchhaltung beim weltweit größten Marktplatz für Luxusuhren. Dabei betreust Du eigenverantwortlich die Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Monats- und Quartalsabschlüsse. Diese Stelle ist in Voll- oder Teilzeit verfügbar, ab 30 Stunden pro Woche. *

Was Dich erwartet**

  • Als Teil des Finance Teams unterstützt Du die laufende Bilanzbuchhaltung in Karlsruhe.
  • Du überwachst die Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Monats- ,Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB.
  • Du verantwortest die Betreuung unserer Tochterfirmen im Ausland.
  • Du analysierst Daten, recherchierst zu aufkommenden Fragestellungen, wertest Statistiken aus und setzt Projekte eigenverantwortlich und selbständig um.
  • Hierbei hast Du die Möglichkeit, Erfahrungen in einem vielseitigen und internationalen Arbeitsumfeld zu sammeln.
  • Du bist Ansprechpartnerin für Steuerberaterinnen, Wirtschaftsprüfer*innen sowie Finanzämter.

Was Dich auszeichnet

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte*n, eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finanzbuchhaltung und zusätzlich eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (all genders) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung, explizit in der Erstellung von Monats- ,Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen, mit.
  • Du hast Fast Close Erfahrung.
  • Du bist fit im Umgang mit Excel und verfügst idealerweise über Erfahrungen mit DATEV. In neue Systeme arbeitest Du Dich zügig und unkompliziert ein.
  • Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du hast noch keine Expertise in Sachen Luxusuhren? Keine Sorge, wir bringen Dir alles Wissenswerte bei.
