The Team and Role:
As a senior system engineer in the Enterprise Services Platforms team, you will be involved in the administration and development of enterprise product/service collaboration projects on platforms such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and etc., including system administration, custom add-ons, workflows, data analysis, and automation development.

- Partner with various business functions on requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design.
- Work closely with business users to enable custom workflows, dashboards, reports, and automation.
- Develop custom add-ons and tools to enable tailor-made functionalities for business needs.
- Configure and manage platform upgrades, migrations, integrations, add-ons, and mail handlers.
- Contribute to the overall enterprise platform technical strategy and road map.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and deliver solutions for automation, restructuring, and optimization.
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
- 3+ years of experience in administering Jira or similar platforms and technologies.
- 3+ years of experience in Java, JavaScript, Python, or data insights development
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment.
In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
- Experience in developing Atlassian product add-ons.
